Weekly meal plans

A week of meals, planned before Sunday ends.

A reminder arrives Sunday morning. You answer a couple of quick questions and the week is built around the ages at your table, the foods you avoid, and the time you actually have to cook.

What the questions produce: a week, costed, ready to shop.

It starts with your family, not a template

Setup asks the things that change what a good week looks like. How old your children are. What you avoid and why. Your weekly grocery budget, and which meals you want planned. That profile is the input for every plan after it, so the first week already looks like something you would have chosen.

Sunday morning, a couple of questions, a week

Sunday is when most families do the thinking, so that is when the reminder lands. Answer a couple of quick questions about the week ahead and the plan builds, with the grocery list generated from it. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, or whichever of those you asked for. If a meal does not suit you, swap it and the list updates with it.

Built around the first 1,000 days

The window from pregnancy to age two shapes brain development, immune function, and the gut microbiome more than any period that follows. Plans lean on iron, healthy fats, and fiber through that window and after it, so the nutrition is handled quietly in the background while you get on with dinner.
